This last April the Taranmana art gallery participated in the ART PROJECTS section at the Modern and Contemporary Art Fair in Lucca.

The organization of the fair selected the gallery from a database of European galleries and found the Taranmana space interesting, taking into account the attention given to emerging artists and the versatility of the offer artistic, they explained.

The aim for the gallery was to promote Andorran artists internationally with the aim of achieving new audiences and business opportunities and the artistic development of the participating artists, and promoting the external presence of Andorran artistic creation.

The seventh edition took place at the headquarters of the Real Collegio, a historic building with frescoed rooms and ancient cloisters located within the walls of one of the most important Italian cities.

Lucca is in an area characterized by important cultural events and industrial districts; the event is confirmed as the meeting point that annually welcomes numerous collectors, art lovers and new buyers from all over the world.

This edition was structured in four sections. The Main Section offered collectors a selection of artworks spanning modern, post-war and contemporary art. Art Projects, explored contemporary projects and galleries dedicated to the search for innovative artistic languages. A new feature of this edition was Spotlight, a special section made up of galleries specializing in art from Antiquity and Old Masters to the Historical Vanguards of the early 20th century. Finally, Independent, was the section entirely dedicated to project spaces, collectives of artists and curators, and independent spaces.
